Pierre-Jean Flores is appointed Vice-President, Corporate Secretary at Turbomeca

Pierre-Jean Flores has been appointed Vice-President, Corporate Secretary at Turbomeca and is to replace Jean-Luc Varga, who is retiring. The appointment is to take effect immediately.


Pierre-Jean Flores first joined the Group in 1981 (Messier-Bugatti), where he held various positions in the production division and then in the finance division. From 1988 to 1992, he was an administrative and financial Vice President at Sopemea. He then worked for Société Européenne de Propulsion as coordinator of internal auditing, and was then named administrative and financial Vice President at the subsidiary Usines Dehousse.

In 1998, he was placed in charge of reporting for the Snecma Group. In 2000, he was named head of the reporting and management control department. In 2004, he was named Vice President of budget, planning and economic studies.

In 2005, he was named Vice President of management control in the SAFRAN Group. In 2006, he was appointed as Vice President of economic and financial affairs for Sagem Communication, and then CEO of Sagem Mobiles.
